Services

Individual Psychotherapy for Adults
Individual therapy that focuses on personalized and collaborative treatment plans to help clients address a variety of areas. Trained as a generalist, I work with adults and adolescents on a wide-range of concerns, integrating a variety of modalities to best meet the needs of each individual. Please read more if you would like to explore areas in which I have a particular interest.

Individual Psychotherapy for Adolescents
Adolescents face a large number of mental health concerns. Working one-on-one allows adolescents to have a safe, caring environment to express and explore their concerns. Parents are involved in the process and learn how to help their teenager. Please read more if you would like to explore areas in which I have a particular interest.

Play Therapy for Children
Children can experience a lot of challenges and often do not have the language to share them with others around them. Play therapy is a powerful process that addresses behavioural, emotional, and cognitive challenges using the language of children – PLAY! As a Certified Play Therapist with the Canadian Association for Play Therapy, I meet children where they are at developmentally and use play to heal, teach new skills, and create change.

Telehealth: Video and Phone
Telehealth services are available for adolescent and adult therapy services. There can be lovely bonuses to telehealth, including being comfortable at home, being able to engage in therapy while anywhere in Alberta, and having increased flexibility to work this into your schedule without travel time.

Psychoeducational Assessments
Assessments, often called psychoeducational assessments, look at an individual’s cognitive abilities, academic skills, and can be targeted to explore behavioural and/or attentional concerns.
Currently, I provide psychoeducational assessments for school-aged children and adolescents.
